Motivational Interviewing is more of a directive style of therapy than other types of therapy we offer. It's purpose is to help you understand the behaviour you wish to change, or a goal you wish to achieve and helps  you to explore and resolve the feelings of ambivalence or apathy surrounding the behaviour or goal.


WARNING: Motivational Interviewing is best for a goal you really wish to achieve. It challenges you but can have great results (Be careful what you wish for! You might just get it!)
